How it works
Follow one order through our line, from a flat sheet to a customer's doorstep, and see where we do things differently from the typical supplier.
You send the size of your product. Our packaging engineer turns it into a dieline, the flat pattern that maps every cut, crease and flap, and sends you a 3D proof within one business day.
Your artwork is placed on the outside of the sheet, panel by panel, so the logo lands exactly where it should on the front and lid. Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof.
Every printed sheet is die-cut and creased so it folds clean by hand or by machine. From each batch we fold a sample and check it against your approved proof.
Boxes leave flat-packed and bundled, so a full order fits on a fraction of the pallets. You get a tracking link the moment it leaves our dock.
Your team folds the box, drops in the product and seals it with one strip of tape. A box sized to the product packs faster and needs no loose fill.
The last step happens at your customer's door. A box that arrives intact and carries your brand turns a delivery into the first moment of the product.

Most orders take about two weeks from quote to delivery. You get pricing and a free dieline within one business day, and a 3D proof within one business day of sending your size. Nothing goes to press until you approve it.
Working to a deadline? Add the date in the quote form and we'll tell you up front if we can hit it.
Orders start at 100 boxes. Mailer boxes and rigid gift boxes start at 100 units, shipping boxes and display trays at 250, and tuck end boxes and sleeves at 500. Volume pricing starts at 1,000 units.
Vector files print sharpest: PDF, AI, EPS or SVG. High-resolution PNG or JPG files also work. We print CMYK or Pantone and can color match to your swatch.
Send your artwork with your quote request or afterwards by email. We place it on your dieline and send a flat and 3D proof for approval.
Price depends on box style, size, board, print and quantity, so every quote is made for your order. Quotes are free, there's no setup fee on standard styles, and volume pricing starts at 1,000 units.
A sample kit is available before your full run, so you can check the board and print in hand.
Boxes are made in New Jersey and ship flat-packed and bundled by parcel or LTL freight, reaching most US docks within days. You get a tracking link by email and text the moment your order leaves our dock.
